After a little history and theory, time for the practical. You will leave proud, dusty and officially a builder of Burgundy's winegrowing heritage.

From age 4, everyone can join in: equipment provided, muscles optional. A fun way to help preserve the winegrowing heritage of the Côte-d'Or, these little walls that have shaped the landscape of the Climats for centuries.
