Booking

Bookings are made by phone on +33 6 35 50 60 48 or by email at [email protected]. The booking is confirmed once the date, time and number of participants have been agreed.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes, on each service page: guided walks, cellar tour and tasting and dry stone wall workshop. Payment is made on the day of the visit, unless otherwise agreed. Free for children under 12, except school groups.

Weather and cancellation

Visits may be postponed or adjusted in the event of thunderstorms, storms, heavy rain, high winds or a heatwave above 30°C. If the organiser cancels, a new date is offered or the booking is cancelled free of charge.

Alcohol consumption

Wine tastings are for adults only. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, to be consumed in moderation.

Responsibility

Participants agree to follow the safety instructions and to respect the private properties crossed. Please bring suitable walking shoes and water.

Cancellation by the customer

If something comes up, let Céline know as early as possible by telephone on 06 35 50 60 48: rescheduling the visit to a date that suits you is always the first option offered.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, leisure services provided on a specific date are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal. The postponement policy above applies instead.

Consumer mediation

In accordance with articles L612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, every customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge to settle a dispute amicably. The contact details of the appointed mediator are provided on request at [email protected].

Applicable law
