Acknowledgements

None of this could have been done without the daily support of all those close to me, children, family, friends.

My thanks go to the Beaune et Pays Beaunois tourist office, as well as to all those actively involved in developing tourism in Santenay, who encouraged me to pursue this project.

A big thank you to all the winegrowers who answered my call, who allow me to visit their plots and who welcome my guests for tastings. And to those who played along with the "photos in action" that illustrate my visual material during my explanations.

Many thanks to the president of the Santenay hunting society, who shared his experience of the local flora and fauna and gave me all the advice needed to keep my groups safe during the walks.

Finally, my thanks go to the one who inspired me and to all those who, by sharing their experience, guided my choices and helped to create and grow this lovely project!

Fancy discover the region?

Let's plan your weekend in the heart of the vineyard, from the walk to the table.
